Quiet, detached chalet with panoramic views near La Plagne Wooden house located on the outskirts of the village, with views over meadows, forest, village and mountains. This is the last house on the development.
The terrace has a table and eight chairs for outdoor dining, as well as two sun loungers, a barbecue and a parasol. Part of the terrace can be closed off.
The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses and electric slatted base, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC, the living room with the wood-burning stove and the open-plan kitchen. You have direct access to the terrace. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) with balcony. There is also a mezzanine and a bathroom with bath and WC.
The village centre is 500 metres away on foot, where you will find a bar-restaurant-grocery shop. You can ski on the small ski area of Notre Dame du Pré, or go 6 km to Plagne Montalbert to access Paradiski (free parking). Less than half an hour's drive away, you can enjoy water sports on the Isère, paragliding, climbing, horse-riding, spa treatments (La Léchère, Brides les Bains), gambling at the casino and numerous walks and hikes, on foot or by bike.
The chalet is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Linen, towels and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. Baby equipment includes a high chair, changing table, baby cooker, baby gate for the mezzanine, cot with adapted mattress for greater comfort, baby bath and potty.
